Leadership education today is largely a third-person undertaking, which is focused on teaching the learner someone else’s knowledge. This third-person approach provides limited direct access to the being and actions of effective leaders. It is unrealistic to expect learners to be able to master something as complex and convoluted as leadership through disjointed lectures and PowerPoint slide presentations. In this master class Santhosh explains Phenomenological, first person approaches to leadership development and Triple Loop learning.
