Aditya is a Senior HR Leader with a proven track record that spans across a wide range of HR expertise in the areas of Talent Management, Performance, Reward and Benefits, Business Relationship Management, HR Transformation, Change and Culture Management, Employee Engagement, HR Technology & Service Delivery Strategy, Shared Services and Global Payroll Models.
He has worked in Singapore, India and London managing global teams in a highly matrixed global organisations. In all of his roles, he has created a unique proposition built on a significantly differentiated multi discipline approach that leverages people, culture, technology and networks to drive performance.
In his current role Aditya leads HR for Airtel's core Technology, Networks and Deployment organisations. He manages a hugely diverse workforce and is responsible to drive a robust Talent, Culture, Change and People processes agenda for the organisation.
Prior to Airtel, Aditya led the global Performance, Rewards and Benefit product and operations organisation for Standard Charted Bank based out of Singapore. As a member of the HR Management Committee, he was responsible to shape the Bank’s People Strategy. Over the last 18 years he has done a range of strategic roles that cut across Human Resources, Consulting, General Management and Service Delivery.
