Current Roles: Head HR for Myntra Retail along with leading L&D, Engagement and People Strategy across Myntra and Jabong; Head Consumer Experience - dedicated team of professionals managing experience metrics and initiatives across Service, Platform and Product; Head Customer Care - Contact center operations across Voice, Social Media, Chat and Email spread across 5 locations.

Last Role: Practice Head, leading multiple consulting practice lines for Aon Hewitt in South India and Sri Lanka and managing the Industry practice for Technology & Off shoring in South Asia.
