Ruchi has over 15 years of experience as an HR Professional, she was previously associated with technology multinationals such as Fiserv and RMSI.
Currently she works as Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Pitney Bowes in India. Pitney Bowes is a global technology company operating in 100 countries with 14700 employees globally. Operating from seven site offices in India, Pitney Bowes has been named a Great Place to Work 8 times in the last 10 years. She has been instrumental in making Pitney Bowes one of the best companies in India in her 9 year stint with the company. Under her leadership the company also won awards for Best Diversity initiatives from Great Places, Catalyst Board and others.
She has a Business Economics degree from Delhi University, Masters Degree in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from Cornell University. She is also a certified Executive Coach from Indian School of Business.
